Rye flour, honey, candied ginger (ginger, sucrose), candied lemon (lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), egg yolks, sugar, raising agent (bicarbonate of soda), caramel, soy lecithin.
Contains dairy products, gluten.
