Rye flour and wheat flour from the Hurtigheim Mill, wild honey, Erstein sugar, toasted whole hazelnuts, All-Gäu butter, candied ginger, candied lemon, cinnamon, cloves, mace, ginger, aniseed, cardamom, pepper, icing sugar, lemon juice, sesame seeds.
Contains dairy products, gluten, sulphites and nuts.

Net weight: 200g  |  The advantage of Gingerbread is its very long shelf life, from 8 to 12 months.
