Chestnut flour and wheat flour from the Hurtigheim Mill, wild honey, walnut kernels, Erstein sugar, All-Gäu butter, candied melon, sultanas, candied and glazed chestnuts, cinnamon, orange juice, cloves, mace, ginger, pepper, icing sugar with Massenez Distillery Amaretto liqueur.
