Fig and walnut gingerbread

Ingredients

Rye flour and wheat flour from the Hurtigheim Mill, wild honey, pecan nuts, Erstein sugar, All-Gäu butter, sweet figs, cinnamon, cloves, mace, ginger, cardamom, aniseed, pepper, icing sugar with walnut liqueur.
Contains dairy products, gluten, sulphites and nuts.

Net weight:   200g  |  The advantage of Gingerbread is its very long shelf life, from 8 to 12 months.
