Rye flour and wheat flour from the Hurtigheim Mill, wild honey, Erstein sugar, All-Gäu butter, hazelnuts, pistachios, figs, dates, apricots, cinnamon, cloves, mace, ginger, cardamom, aniseed, pepper.

Net weight: 200 g  |  The advantage of Gingerbread is its very long shelf life, from 8 to 12 months.
